Steph Legari
Steph The Grilling Gourmet



Steph the Grilling Gourmet® is a graduate of the prestigious George Brown College Culinary Management Program. Steph has been passionate about cooking gourmet meals since he was a teenager. Following his dream, he grew to know and understand his craft through preparing and serving delicious meals at many different types of restaurants. t was somewhere along the way that he discovered his true passion: creating mouthwatering original delights on smokers and grills.

Steph loves working his magic at large corporate events and at smaller more specialised group events. Steph is the genius behind a line of savory dry rubs available commercially. He is the creator and host of his own show and the popular “Grill This, Smoke That” show seen on cable TV and on the Internet. Among his many accomplishments, Steph was invited in 2011 to cook for a private dinner party at the residence of the U.S. ambassador, with the Prime Minister in attendance.




Chef Romain Riva
Wakefield Mill Inn



Executive Chef Romain Riva has been with the Wakefield Mill Inn since 2006 and he continues to develop and discover new trends in the art of fine dining with an emphasis on using fresh and local ingredients.

Located within the Gatineau Park, the Wakefield Mill Hotel and Spa offers 40 guest rooms, warm friendly service, two restaurants, a cozy lounge bar, and two full service spas. 
The fine dining room offers delectable cuisine and a solarium overlooking the falls. The Heron Room offers a more casual dining experience and with no reservations necessary; you can drop in anytime. 






Robin Lavigne
Chef, The Red Apron



A graduate of the Algonquin College Hotel & Restaurant Management Program, Robin has been cooking for four years under the direction of Red Apron Executive Chef & Owner, Jo-Ann Laverty. With her flawless technique, refined palate and incredible work ethic, Robin was quickly elevated to a management role where she shares the responsibility for managing the Red Apron Kitchen, where over 2500 meals are prepared each week. Robin brings a passion for local food, international flavours, and sustainable practices to her cooking.   





Chef Guillermo Munoz
Thyme & Again Catering


Thyme & Again Catering opened its doors in 1991 with a business plan, two refrigerators, one oven, three dedicated individuals and a dream to bring great food to homes, businesses and special events throughout the capital region. Located in the west end, their food shop menu changes weekly and the catering menus are seasonally refreshed, providing clients with food experiences that continually delight the senses. From intimate dinner parties and social gatherings to fundraisers and corporate launches, Thyme & Again Catering has evolved into Ottawa’s premiere catering company.

Sundaura Alford
Yards Unlimited



Sundaura Alford is a Certified Landscape Designer and a life-long gardener. She has won multiple awards for her design work and is a recurring garden expert on Rogers Daytime TV.  She is also the creator of GardeninginOttawa.com, a website dedicated to providing local, original, and dependable landscape advice for Ottawa gardeners.



Rocney McInnis

Rodney McInnis, Founder, President, and Chief Technology Officer of DelphiTech Corporation, has a career spanning more than 25 years in technology and product-related development. Through DelphiTech Rodney has now taken the lead in creating new lighting solutions.

Shannon Sambray
Outdoor Kitchens & Patios



Outdoor Kitchens & Patios is a full service landscape design and construction company serving Ottawa and the surrounding region. They specialize in the design and construction of hardscape projects, including interlocking paver surface construction, concrete segmental retaining wall systems and stairs, wood and composite decks plus wood, aluminum and PVC fencing.
